He has been in missing status for nearly 63 years.

January 9th, 2008

Its 2008. Netaji has been in missing status for nearly 63 years. Some people believe that he died in 1945. Some people believe that he escaped to Soviet Union and died there. Hmm… so many stories! Nobody knows the reality for sure. Unfortunately no government considered any Non-Gandhi freedom fighter and their followers as freedom fighters.

The Government don’t want the posterity to lament that we wouldn’t care for the man who went missing while fighting for India’s liberation. Government ran puppet shows on the name of enquire commissions. Shah Nawaz Khan Committee of 1956 and Justice GD Khosla Commission of 1970. Both had declared Netaji was died in an air crash. They collected all the documents including documents submitted by Indian Intelligence agencies to Nehru and concluded so. Justice M.K. Mukherjee Commission done little shiny job, trashed previous commissions’ job. As usually process lead to Ground ZERO. But no report or no document is open for public.

Some people tried to retrieve those documents which are covered by bureaucratic steal curtains using Right to Information Act 2005. Government tried to ruin the attempts by saying the documents sought were voluminous, top secret in nature and may lead to law-and-order issues. But Central Information Commission had given breath to the efforts. They pushed the Government to verify whether these documents are really cause Law-and-Order issues. Now all the documents are in the hands of Cabinet Committee. They are verifying from last few months (?). Nobody knows when they will spell out. Till then, Netaji is still Missing.

One More Interesting issue is, Government of Taiwan never confirmed  the Netaji’s Plain Crash. Its all investigated and declared by Government of India.

Compiled by Me as 23rd January is Netaji’s Birthday. Of Course my Birthday too ;)

Forgive me….

January 5th, 2008

Today, upon a bus,
I saw a girl with golden hair.
And wished I was as fair.
When suddenly she rose to leave,
I saw her hobble down the aisle.
She had one leg and wore a crutch.
But as she passed, she smiled.
Oh God, forgive me when I whine.
I have two legs the world is mine.

With feet to take me where I `d go.
With eyes to see the sunset’s glow.
With ears to hear what I’d know.
Oh God, forgive me when I whine.
I have blessed indeed, the world is mine.

I stopped to buy some candy.
The lad who sold it had such charm.
I talked with him, he seemed so glad.
If I were late, it `d do no harm.
And as I left, he said to me,
"I thank you, you’ve been so kind.
You see," he said, "I `m blind"
Oh God, forgive me when I whine.
I have two eyes the world is mine.

With feet to take me where I `d go.
With eyes to see the sunset’s glow.
With ears to hear what I’d know.
Oh God, forgive me when I whine.
I have blessed indeed, the world is mine.

I saw a child with eyes of blue.
He stood and watched the others play.
He did not know what to do.
I stopped a moment and then I said,
"Why don’t you join the others, dear?"
He looked ahead without a word.
And then I knew. He couldn’t hear.
Oh God, forgive me when I whine.
I have two ears the world is mine.

With feet to take me where I `d go.
With eyes to see the sunset’s glow.
With ears to hear what I’d know.
Oh God, forgive me when I whine.
I have blessed indeed, the world is mine

Last Breath

January 5th, 2008

From those around I hear a Cry,
A muffled sob, a Hopeless sigh,
I hear their footsteps leaving slow,
And then I know my soul must Fly!
A chilly wind begins to blow,
Within my soul, from Head to Toe,
And then, Last Breath escapes my lips,
It’s Time to leave. And I must Go!
So, it is True (But it’s too Late)
They said: Each soul has its Given Date,
When it must leave its body’s core,
And meet with its Eternal Fate.
Oh mark the words that I do say,

Who knows? Tomorrow could be your Day,
At last, it comes to Heaven or Hell
Decide which now, Do NOT delay!
Come on my brothers let us pray
Decide which now, Do NOT delay!
Oh God! Oh God! I cannot see!
My eyes are Blind! Am I still Me
Or has my soul been led astray,
And forced to pay a Priceless Fee
Alas to Dust we all return,
Some shall rejoice, while others burn,
If only I knew that before
The line grew short, and came my Turn!
And now, as beneath the sod
They lay me (with my record flawed),
They cry, not knowing I cry worse,
For, they go home, I face my God!
Oh mark the words that I do say,
Who knows, Tomorrow could be your Day,
At last, it comes to Heaven or Hell
Decide which now, Do NOT delay !
Come on my brothers let’s pray
Decide which now, do not delay ….

Why do people flirt???

January 3rd, 2008

Flirting is an emotional and mental or even physical game of love with a person - in the case of the person asking flirting with another person but the beloved partner is the case,

Flirting however is only possible if the true LINK of love TO the own partner is missing. hence if the relationship with the current partner only is mental or contractual - marriage contract or similar - then there might be NO LINK OF LOVE at all. a link of love is a band that joins BOTH lovers PLUS God together.

If such metaphysical wedding band is missing due to a missing spiritual orientation of ONE or BOTH of the two lovers OR in case of OTHER. One or both feel detached from each other - without roots of love IN each other and hence search for an alternate source of love …

Flirting is a full metaphysical contact of love and exchange of love between two persons even if physical contact is missing between the two flirting ones. Flirting NEVER can be one-sided. flirting always is mutual and conscious. Flirting is the superficial game of love of a person to shallow and too weak in his love to enter a true love relationship - heart to heart - soul to soul - with anyone at any given time. A true love relationship always goes INSTANTLY beyond flirting into skin to skin love free of any restrictions or limits. anything less is but another ego game.

People flirt to get a positive response from another partner of opposite sex … a response they apparently are missing at home in their permanent relationship. If a partner is too complicated, too slow in responding or fulfilling to the needs of love of a given partner - then that neglect partner will search outside the relationship the confirmation of still being lovable and attractive or even beyond - a new full relationship beyond flirting.

There is little difference between flirting and Sex BOTH methods are manifestations of seeking outside the marriage the love missing INSIDE the marriage as a result of failure to match or as a result of denial or rejection of love by one of the two partners.

Forgotten Indian Heroes….

January 3rd, 2008

The struggle for Independence was a long journey in which many has contributed in whatsoever way that suited them. But in today’s free India thanks to dynastic politics we only get to hear the names of those only from whom political mileage can be gained.

But what about those who laid their lives at the alter of the country to ensure its freedom. What about them who prepared the ground so that we can breathe in a free India?

Is it right to salute only a selected few for our Independence and forget those whose contribution was by no means insignificant. Nobody remembering Non-Gandhi freedom fighters.

How many of us remember Khudiram Bose, who threw the first bomb on the British who were crushing India. The boy of sixteen defied the police. At the age of nineteen, he became a martyr, with the holy book the Bhagavad-Gita (the Divine Song) in his hand and with the slogan Vande Mataram’ on his lips.

Do we remember Prafulla Chaki, Deshbandhu Chitranjan Das, Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekar Azad, Ramprasad Bismil, Ashfaqullah Khan, Bagha Jatin, Rashbehari Bose or our very own Netaji.

Don’t we, the citizen of Independent India owe anything to them? These revolutionaries, all bright young men, full of life at very tender age made the supreme sacrifice of their life, but for what? Just to be forgotten, by us, the selfish politicians and all and sundry.

We have also forgotten the Indian National Army which under Netaji marched into Imphal and raised the flag of India. How can we forget the contribution of the INA. Because of INA’s impact on the British Indian army, the Britishers realised that it is risky to stay in this country and decided to decamp. Would that have possible by only following non –violence?

Its time that the history of India’s Independence struggle be told with clarity and without any bias towards any political dynasty because when a hero goes unsung, it hurts.
