Oh! Its alredy six in the mornng. Gosh! My cab would be there in another hour. I jumped from my bed with in minuts I was ready. I stepped into kitcen givng instructions to my cook, while I drank the tea. The days menue for each member in the family is ready within minuts. Hearing the honk of my cab, I thanked my cook for the hot tea took my bag, by that time there was another honke. I rushed to the door and sat in the waiting car. Soon, we were swishing off the narrow lanes towards the Hitech city to my office. The city is slowely waking up. The Chai wallas preparing the famous Irani Chai which is all time love for Hyderabadis. Heads covered in the caps, tryng to protect themselves from the cold winds, I saw people enjoying the tea served in typical white procelen. They say that the flavour of this tea is still a gaurdded secrete and very few know about the mixining. Almost every street has one small hotel serving this Irani chai. People of all kinds without any discrmination enjoy this tea. One should be lttle careful thoug while taking the first sip, as it is directly served from the hot Daccani bronze pot, and takes lilttle time to cool. I remember many times when I stoped before one of those small hotels and enjoyed this tea. Yummi! the flavour is so inviting. I just can not resist. Dear friends do not miss Irani chai when you are in Hyderabad. Well I think now I should leave as I have reached my destination.
