As I was researching for reviews of this program, I found out that many were positive reviews. The negative reviews were less. However, as with any program there are certain positive as well as certain negative features of this diet plan as well. I will briefly mention those here.

Many people seem to have reported good results after following this diet plan. Some of these people seems to have earlier tried and failed a lot of other diet plans and failed.

The best thing about this program is that it is quite easy to follow unlike many other diet plans. This program does not force you to eat bland and untasty food. And it does not ask you to starve yourself. It allows you to eat in sufficient quantities and you can also choose your own food to eat in the 11 day plan.

The daily plan includes four meals per day and allows you to choose your own foods from the list that they have. Even the size of your meals are not restricted. The program also does not make you keep count of calories or carbs.

For the above reasons, it becomes easy to follow this 11 day plan. But keep in mind that at each meal you can only have 1 kind of food that you have chosen fro m the list. You cannot have a variety of dishes for each meal. Choose 1 food and eat only that for that meal.

Are They Making a Tall Claim?
A drawback of the FL4I program is that it promises a huge loss of 9 lbs in 11 days. Now this might not be entirely possible for most people. Different people will lose different amounts of weight, and most will not be able to lose the promised 9 lbs.

But many people have reported to have lost 3-4 lbs in 11 days and this is quite impressive too. Whats more, after your 11 days are up you can again start a new 11 day cycle all over again to lose further. You can repeat as many times as you wish.

The program says that it uses a method called calorie shifting in order to confuse your body and increase metabolism rate so that more fat is burned off. This is a relatively unheard of concept at other places and might not be fully scientifically tested concept. This can be another drawback of the program.

One more drawback is that it does not include any exercise plan. Most experts would advice combining healthy dieting with some physical exercise for proper weight loss. So you would need to learn about and include some exercises on your own if you want to truly enjoy a fit and healthy body.
