However the second link is quite slow for money earning but if you refer it to more people you'll earn more. The arithmatic of the second link is simple: if you refered to the ten people you are going to earn ten times more.

For transfer of the money you need a PayPal account (not for the second link, they have the postal cheque facility!). Create a PayPal account it is simple to create one, you don't need any Credit card.
