Sorry my friends since I have not written any blog for long time. This is my first time after joining Ibibo I have taken such a long time to write something new.
Everyday I was thinking of writing something or other as usual and also to visit my friends post and leave my comments. But could not make so. The main reason was internet problem and second main reason is work load.
Since I am into marketing and Financial Consultancy business and as the march month approach has to be on move to complete the target before 31at march. (I am into Insurance Consultancy business). Every day I reached home very late after meeting my client and after tiredness even though I want to sit on internet, log in to Ibibo site and comment on post etc, could not do so due to tiredness.
Due to recession this year it is difficult for me to convince the people to invest in Insurance. Majority of the people to whom I meet, explain the plan about investing in the Insurance Company, same answer I am receiving ” friend due to recession it is not possible to invest this year, will surely invest next year i.e. April 09.” As Investment Consultant I have got more target till the 31st march, and any how I have to complete the same.
My wife always pass one comment when I return home daily late after meeting the client “Your previous job was better at least you use to come home on time”. Before starting my own Marketing and Investment Consultancy business two year bank I was working as Senior Marketing Manager to one of MNC Company.
But today it happen to complete my visit to client little early and after dinner made the point to sit on my computer. Thank god, I found internet speed was good enough to visit some of my friend blogs and comment on them. I have received a gift from Ibibo in form of ” Ibibo Desk Calendar“. Though the gift is not the big one but has to appreciate the Ibibo Admin for remembering their members and sending the same. This is sort of real bonding the Ibibo have with their members. Hope you too have received the same like me.

One week back Mr. Anand (Ink Tank) send me the blurb saying that he will be in Goa on 15th & 16th Jan. 2009. So we decided to meet each other at Panjim - Goa on 16th Jan 2009.

Since I had to meet Mr. Anand , finished most of my appointment by 1.30 P.M. and return home. After lunch, my son asked me whether I had already met Ink Tank or not (he sometimes reads the blogs written by Ibibo members and always asked me about Ink Tank and other bloggers like Rajib, Satyakam, Umbrella etc- when I return home after meeting Inky he  told me that Ink Tank had taken the Portuguese food in Margao yesterday. I asked him how he came to knew about it. Then he said Inky had published the post about it ).

I told him that I will be meeting Ink Tank around 4.00 P.M. at Panjim. So while proceed to Panjim from Mapusa (my residence) about 12 KM away from Panjim, I will dropping him for tuition. 

I was just reading the newspaper and at around 2.45 P.M. I received the call from Mr. Anand (Inky) - “Hallo, good afternoon Anand this is Sawant”

Anand ” Hi Sawant  good afternoon. Can we meet after sometime in Panjim? Because I have completed my work and will be moving to Margao (where he stays in Hotels) since I will be proceeding to Belgaum today itself”.

Me :- “Anand yes we can meet in Panjim, I will be their at Panjim Bus stop within 15 minutes”

So I went to meet Inky to panjim. On the way when I was driving my car on mobile we decided to meet each other near Panjim bus stop. I reached Panjim exactly at 3 PM and waited for Mr. Anand. From city Mr. Anand came to main bus stop by rickshaw. He told me over the mobile phone that he is standing at the main entrance of the Bus Stand. I saw the person speaking on mobile and asked him whether he is standing in front of green colour tempo, he said. He started walking towards me and said “Mr. Sawant you are look same as  your photographs on Ibibo profile.

We said hallo to each other. Since I was knowing there is no good place to sit coolly and discuss decided to sit in my car. 

We introduces each other and told what we are doing by exchanging our visit cards. The best part is that yesterday only I had received my visiting card as “Ibibo Master” from Ibibo. It was the great pleasure to give my first card (Ibibo Master) to Mr. Anand. 

I told Inky that I am meeting first Ibibo blogger in my life. Inky told me that I am 35th member he is meeting. This is possible for him since he moves all over the place in connection with his sales & marketing job. 

When Inky told me he is from Pune we started talking in marathi and in english. I told him that I will be coming down to Pune to my daughter’s in laws place on 1st Feb. 2009 for some function and he promised me to meet me if he is in Pune.

We asked each other about family and about the profession etc. I asked Inky  if he is on move since working in the sales department how he gets the time to write new new things and comments on other members blogs. He told me that he mostly sits on his laptop and comment in the night time after dinner or when he had the free time. 

He told me that when he comes to know that he is going to Goa first name that comes to his mind is mine. Inky was under impression that I am the only person from Goa who writes the blogs here. I told him there use to one more person “Oscar” who use to write the blog. Then we discuss how he has written abusive thing about Miranda and because of which  Ibibo Admin had blocked him. I told him there is one more person by name Shrikant also writes very often. But from Goa I am the only person at Ibibo with “Hall of Fame” at blogging section & “Ibibo Master” at Sawaal Section

While talking with each other came the topic of how writer and Rashmi writes their post. Also spoken about the comments given by Rakhi Khan, Rajiv, Rajib Gurung, sandy, Guru, Zero, Umbrella, Savita and other on their (Writer & Rashmi’s) blog. 

When I was talking about my daughter who works for Kingfisher Red as Air Hostess Inky told me that even he travel by same airline and also told about Umbrella who had gone abroad via Kingfisher Airline. 

Inky also told me that this is his “Second” visit to Goa. He was in Goa somewhere in 1987 along with his 3 friends that too in rainy season. It seem they had specially came down to Goa to enjoy and see the rainfall plus beauty of Goa in rainy season.  I have told him that next time when he is in Goa just give me more time and we two can have either lunch or dinner together. 

Since Inky was in hurry and has to go to Margao (about 45 KM from Panjim), we finished our talk around 4 P.M. promising to meet in Pune on 1st Feb. 2009 and if possible to meet online everyday by way of chatting with each other or by way of commenting on each other blog.

As Guru has commented in my last post “Hoping the meeting between Sawaal Master & Blog Master of IBIBO will rock the place…..all the best” the meeting is fine enough but we cannot rock due to short in time.

So my other Blogger friends you too are welcome to Goa - the land of Sea, Sand & Sun for Holidays and enjoyment with your family. 

I have agreed to meet Inktank (Anand) during his visit to Goa on 16th Jan 2009 because I don’t want to miss the opportunity to meet other Ibibo Blogger and that too for the first time.

I had read other Ibibo Blogger meeting each other either in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkotta, Delhi and other part of India. So this will be my pleasure to meet Anand (Inktank) in Goa and share my experience with him and grab something from him.

Congrates for Anand Bhai on completing two years on Ibibo. Even I will be completing two years in next month.

Hope our meeting in Goa will be successful.

Waiting for the day (16th Jan. 2009) to meet Mr Anand when he will be in Goa - A Place of Sun, Sand & Sea and one of the most famous Tourist place in the world with Humble people on earth.

I am taking the opportunity to wish one and all my friends here at Ibibo and lets our friendship be lighten forever like the burning candles.

Christmas and Terrorist Attack Fear in Goa has made the festival celebration and movement of the people during night for going to Dance Parties unenjoyable one.

The people all over the world are celebrating their Christmas with harmony and Love. But to tell you the fact in Goa, Hindus as well as Christian do celebrate and enjoying the Christmas Parties with the same motto i.e. of togetherness, Happiness keeping aside the religion, caste etc.  

Today morning news started splashing out that three terrorist tried to enter Naval Area in Vasco (Goa’s Airport & Harbour area) and but security people managed to nabbed one person. Other two who had runaway later being interrogated by Goa Police on their way to Panjim. Investigation is still going on. Goa’s Police had told the news people that the person who had been captured by Naval Security personnel is from Assam. No news about other two person. 

Government of Goa has tighten the security all over the Goa, specially near the Churches, on beaches, Airport, Port Ares, Hotel etc. Night Parties which is the main attraction for the Goan People as well for the Tourist from all over the world from 24th Dec. till New Year have been put on halt. Dance parties can be held in Hotels and clubs but such parties on Road and Beaches will last only till 10 P.M.

Hope the God will keep our Goa and India Safe from any further bad happening like in Mumbai. Let pray to God on the eve of Christmas

We should set goals and establish priorities. They should be as specific and measurable as we can make them. Disciplined and effective goal setting means that at the end of the time frame we have set with every goal we pause long enough to understand why we have hit or missed that.

But to tell you frankly very few of us follows this simple rule in their life and those who follows this rule are the most successful whether it may be their studies or shaping up their career.  Those who knows to follows the disciplined and make others also to follow them is the right person to guide and manage other people very easily. Not only that with such method the person can set up their and make other also to set up their goal in the complete frame works and make work in that particular direction to achieve the same.

Those who are not serious in their life and who likes to take everything lightly in their life never get succeeded in their life and not only this they can set or reach to the goal if they set one. Then they start cursing themselves or  blaming others for not supporting them and not to mention start blaming their luck also.

Knowing what needs to be done and why is a major step in the climb to higher performance. Wanting to make changes that lead to improved performance is also important. Next comes acquiring the ability to change. If you don’t have the skill to change your behavior, then passion, vision, goals, improvement plans and discipline won’t take you very far. 

Goal setting and reaching towards it or make it success is the dream of each and every persons on this earth. If set it properly and also had the luck behind you then you have the more chance to achieve the same. Same way one effort and proper planning plays more important role and not to forget support from others will helps a lot to achieve the set goal.

We all knew that the Indian politician are the biggest Opportunist in the world. But you will be shocked to learn the fact about how they misused the Commandos for themselves whose actual need is to save the country.

We all knew Indian Population is about 100 crore, and there are about 5000 NSG (National Security Guards) Commandos. But the shocking news is that out of these 5000 NSG Commandos 1700 are deployed to the services of 30 Minister by Indian Government.

Why such high alert securities to be provide to all these Minister? Is it really necessary?  Why waste the ability of these Commandos guarding such Minister, who (Minister) claim they are for the Country and to serve the Public in general.

It seems over Rs. 250 crore is spent on VIP protection - including VIPs like Deve Gowda, Amar Singh, Ram Vilas Paswan, Sajjan Kumar (Who has murder case against him), R. L. Bhatia, B. L. Joshi, Sharad Yadav, Rameshwar Thakur, E. Ahmed, Murli Manohar Joshi, Brij Bhushan Sharan and Pramod Tiwari. (Sources Times of India)

During the election time they (Minister) talk a lot like ready to shatter their life for the country if needed and will be at the service of the public, claiming they are not frighten about anything and are always for the truth. But once they get elected and became the Minister they start availing all the facilities that available and forget what they have spoken at the time of election.

But most of them (Minister), I can say rather almost all the Minister will never miss the opportunity to visit any Chaos or troubled area once everything is peaceful. (You must have seen how Mr. Vilasrao Deshmukh, Maharashtra Ex Chief Minister, had visited Taj Hotel along with his Minister, Son Actor Ritesh Deshmukh and Producer Direct Ram Gopal Varma).

I was reading the joke in one magazine that happen in aircraft which I like to share with you. Even here you will find how mean the Minister is even though they claim and say that they are for the people and in time ready to anything for the sake of the society, but when the time comes just read how they act base on the situation to save his own life.

So in short there are so many Political leader in our country who think they are  smarter then anyone in the world and do the small mistake and fall in trouble to get repent in their life in future. 

Recently my daughter, who is an Air Hostess, was on her holidays in Goa, i.e. my native place. Both, she & my wife were discussing about how one can be beautiful. She was just telling her mother how one can look more beautiful by following certain things like taking care of hairs, looking after skin, make etc. 

 Hair beauty:- One can make use of white vinegar for strong and shiny hairs. Here is how you can prepare it & use on your hair. Prepare a mix of half tbsp. of White Vinegar in a 8 oz. glass of water. Wash your hair with Shampoo two times, and rinse it out well. Apply a Conditioner and make sure the warm water heats your hair a little bit too. Then rinse it out with colder water and apply 8 ounces of the White Vinegar and Water mix all over your hair and rinse out with water. over your hair entirely with a towel.

To make your hair look sexy and attractive you can even make use  Blow Dryer & Strong Round Hair Brush: Brush your hair very carefully and divide in 3 sections. The back side, the right side and the left side. Take one of the sides and organize it in your round brush in a very straight way (making sure all the hair is organized in the same direction), apply heat to the root with the blow dryer looking down until it looks dry, then dry the rest of it to the end. Do the same with the other two sides and when finished make sure you put some pins on your hair so it stays down and smooth.

Using Face Scrub also makes lady sexy & beautiful. Apply Face Scrub gently and rinse out. Apply a thin coat of Face Moisturizer (to look a little sexier you can use a self tanning or tint moisturizer. Let it dry.

By doing proper Makeup ladies can attract the man towards them. And of course almost all the men in this world like to look at the beautiful lady around them. One should keep in mind simple things like :- Applying  a thin coat of Concealer around your eyes and in the borders of your nose(1 tone lighter than your skin and use a yellow tone).

Secondly, first apply a light coat of Face Powder and look at yourself in the mirror outside in day light if possible. Apply a Pink Powder Blush using a big Brush (apply making a circle under your cheek bone), and carefully apply Mascara starting from the root of your eye lids up to the ends.

Choose the right dress or sari which suites on you the best. Some ladies looks beautiful in Mini Skirt while others looks more attractive in Jeans while some ladies attract the man towards them by wearing sari. So it will be individual lady choice which dress to select base on the occasion and liking they have.

It is said it is very easy to create or form the relationship, but it is very difficult to maintain this relationship. As we all knew Relationships take time to form and those involved have to be willing to work in order to keep the relationship going, whichever it may be either platonic or romantic relationship.�

So to maintain your relationship in right way or smooth going we can follow certain myth� like:-

For the continuous and good relationship their need a open and honest� communication. If such open communication between two partners is not their then there might be the chance that their relation may bound to fail. What exactly this communication is nothing but the talking, listening and understanding each other’s feelings and personal needs plus they also realize what is expected of them and how far they want the relationship to go.

Spending time together is also treated as good sign to maintain the relationship, for example going out on dates, taking vacations makes the couples more enjoyable in each other company. By spending time together helps you to get to know each other and learn each other�s likes and dislikes.

When you are in relation it is advisable to take some time for yourself to spend with your friends or get yourself engaged in some personal works. It does not required to spend time always with your partner. By doing so your relationship tends to grow on many fold.�

Always be faithful with your partner never try to cheat each other because many times being unfaithful in relationship is making yourself creating the problems in your relationship.

If you had any problem in your relationship always be open and bring the same to the notice of your partner. It is always advisable to sort any problems, if arise out of your relationship, by yourself rather then taking the help of other outside persons which many a time make mess out of it.

In relation compromise is the best solution to keep it smooth going. A good relationship requires equal work and effort from those involved. Keep in mind the theory of give and take and learn about the same because it is said whatever you put into your relationship you are tend to get it back.

Appreciation. Always try to appreciate each other. This is because by doing so you are showing your love to your partner in each and every activity. Make sure to highlight the positive ness in your relationship.

Whatever comes in your life good or bad things share with each other. Celebrate all the good things about your relationship together because by doing it your making sort of strong bonding towards each other. By this way you will try to keep your relationship� going happily forever.

Always have the Faith, Trust and Confidence on each other for long lasting and smooth going relationship.
