Social security disability makes the mentally or physically challenged person secure in all aspects. They can enjoy a wide variety of facilities specially designed for their convenience.

And this kind of a caring environment is really required for the children, who are already tortured by nature. 

 My opinion is that we should help reduce their suffering and help them live a better life. They are in so much pain and the torture of not being able to move out in society is painful.
