Responsibilities
You will be a key resource managing the critical IIS and webservices server cluster for the ibibo platform.

Your challenges will include

Deploying, tuning, optimizing and managing a cluster of IIS6 webservers

Deploying, tuning, optimizing and managing a cluster of webservices servers running on Windows 2003

Designing and architecting web server networks for world class reliability and security

Assisting planning, upgrading and installing new hardware

Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of IIS and programming skills in C# or VB.NET
Networking skills
Ability to be highly self-directed and also work closely within a team

Qualifications and Experience
Engineering graduate with 5-6 years of experience
Must have at least 2 years of managing, configuring and deploying IIS webservesin a demanding internet service scenario.
Understanding of web server concepts like application isolation
Understanding of ASP.NET server configuration, including trust levels and CAS
Working knowledge of server technologies like Active Directory and DNS
Experience with hosting or operations is a big plus
Experience with networking and SharePoint is a plus

You will participate in test approach design, test strategy formulation, creating test scenarios, reviewing and building test scripts, manage and create test beds, administer incremental and regression tests.

You will communicate the test outcomes to the development and user communities and be the final tollgate in the release sign off.

You will and manage releases into the production environment in accordance to the release process.
